Our Story

As a first year intern and final year medical student, we founded ClinCircle in Melbourne in 2025. Along our training we kept hearing generic career talks and receiving rigid snippets of feedback from registrars and consultants that never truly fit our own circumstances. The small questions that mattered most to us often felt too personal or too trivial to voice within our hospital teams. We would click with inspiring people on rotation only to hesitate when it came time to ask for another coffee after the rotation ended. University or hospital mentors looked good on paper yet the connection rarely ran deep, so most meetings fizzled out after one or two brief catch ups. We believe that common situations like these weaken a profession that should be built on community, trust, and genuine compassion. ClinCircle is our answer. A brave space where guidance can be personalised, versatile, ongoing, and available at every turn of the medical journey.

Our Mission

We created ClinCircle with the hope of creating meaningful and personalised connections across all stages of the medical journey. We want to link students, junior doctors, registrars, and consultants through shared values and interests, with the hope that this fosters a mutual commitment to growth.
