Anyone in the medical profession, from pre-medical students to consultants, can join as a mentee, mentor, or both.
It is a three step process:

2. Apply to be a mentor, mentee, or both
3. Wait to be matched
We match users based on shared interests, goals, values, and training stage using a short onboarding form and algorithm-guided review.
No, it’s holistic. ClinCircle supports professional growth, wellbeing, decision-making, and navigating career pathways, not just exams or rotations.
Yes. We only share essential profile details with matched users and never post publicly without permission.
Flexible! Some mentorships might be once every 3 months, others grow into regular and long-term connections. You decide what works.
You’ll be introduced via email or platform message and encouraged to meet virtually or in person at your own pace, there’s no rigid structure.
No problem, not every match will be perfect. You can give us feedback and request a new match at any time. We’re here to support connections that feel right for you.
